| Q: | How many days notice do you need to fill my order? |
| A: | We request that you give us five business-days notice to fill your order. Your order will be made fresh the day of your fundraiser, but we need five days to order your product in fresh and prepare our production schedule.

| Q: | Can I have my order delivered? |
| A: | Delivery requires a minimum of 250 sandwiches and your destination be within a 25-mile radius of our location (1604 W. King Street, York, PA 17404). The delivery option is a $15.00 fee.

| A: | We are open Monday through Friday 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.; however, other arrangements are possible with advanced notice.

| Q: | What should I do if I get late orders in after I have already submitted the order? |
| A: | We will take "add-on's" and late orders up to 48 hours before your event. Please allow for late orders to come in if you are anticipating several of them. Waiting 48 hours prior to your event to place your final order is more appreciated and less confusing than multiple changes.

| Q: | What is the minimum order for each sandwich and sub? |
| A: | We require a minimum of 25 per item (i.e. 25 ham and swiss pretzel, 25 8" Italian, etc.). If you do not meet the minimum, those items will be an additional $0.15.

| A: | Payment is due in full at the time of pick-up or delivery. We accept check or cash. Please make checks payable to Continental Food Service, Inc.
